My favorite rapper in the Netherlands, Fresku; a conceptual lyricist, his rhymes are most of the time about people around him, politics and the wannabe gangsters, who actually try to be a though one, but aint most of the time.

Biography Fresku:
Reyaan Reymound is half Dutch, half Antilles. He was born in Eindhoven, lived from his seventh to his fourteenth in Curacao and then moved back to the Netherlands. In the Antilles he listened to hip hop, back in his homeland he begins himself actively engage. His rapname, pronounced "friskoe", is translated to  "cheeky" in Antillean. Beginning in 2006 he had raisen his name when, during an open mic-session he climbed on the podium and started to rap by himself, organizer Kareemineel (Kareem, Kareem-inal), which itself dates back  as a rapper, acknowledges the talent of the young rapper Fresku and decides to take him under his wings. From that moment they formed the duo Black Sheeps, wich started to make name carefully. Meanwhile he puts a few videos on Youtube of himself with a changed appearance (Gino Pietermaai) , an alter ego that has a role in the short films of producer Teemong. What was supposed to be a little stunt turns out to be a great internet hit.

After the track of the letter, He had to grasp the attention firmly and so he did, with  an other track "Twijfels" (Doubts). The beat of this track, like that of De brief,was made by Teemong, just like the video's. The song explains Fresku his own doubts and uncertainties, which immediately takes away any last doubts surrounding his qualities. The young rapper shows he is much more than a one hit wonder, he is a creative multi talent that can grow even further. After they put their debutalbum "hear, see & struggle"  free online and Fresku hosted as "Gino Pietermaai" on the mixtape Top Notch Extravaganza Vol.2, Fresku puts on April 2009 his signature to a record deal with Top Notch. He is currently busy with Teemong his debut album, wich only can come out as an hiphopclassic.

1.Fresku - Brief aan kees de Koning
2.Fresku - Twijfels
3.Gino Pietermaai ft. Kamal - 101 Barz
4.Gino Pietermaai - Oude Bok

''Rapping is a primary ingredient in hip hop music, but the phenomenon predates hip hop culture by centuries. Rapping can be delivered over a beat or without accompaniment. Stylistically, rap occupies a gray area among speech, prose, poetry, and song. The use of the word to describe quick speech or repartee long predates the musical form, meaning originally "to hit". The word had been used in British English since the 16th century, and specifically meaning "to say" since the 18th. It was part of the African American dialect of English in the 1960s meaning "to converse", and very soon after that in its present usage as a term denoting the musical style. Today, the terms "rap" and "rapping" are so closely associated with hip hop music that many use the terms interchangeably. ''

Here is one of my favorite yet saddest rap , even for mature people ill have to say that this rap contains heavy content, and everything told in this rap is a true story;

Immortal Technique - Dance with the devil
